TENTATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN PCC/FA AND THE DISTRICT
The Association and the District agree that all contract language in existence through June 30, 2007 shall remain in effect through June 30, 2008 except for the following:
- Salary schedules in Appendix A shall reflect salary changes effective July 1, 2007:
- For 2007-2008 - contract faculty (credit and non-credit) – 5.0 % shall be added to the following salary schedules: contract monthly, contract overload,
contract intersession, monthly non-teaching, overload non-teaching, and intersession non-teaching. A 2007-08 retroactive payment from July 1, 2007 shall be allocated
to all contract faculty employed during that time period.
- For 2007-2008 - adjunct faculty – 5.0% shall be added to the following salary schedule: adjunct credit, adjunct non-credit, adjunct credit intersession, and adjunct non-credit intersession.
The 2007-08 retroactive payments from July 1, 2007 shall be allocated to all adjunct faculty employed during that time period.
- Article 4: Fringe Benefits – For 2007-2008 the District shall maintain all fringe benefits.
- Article 16.8 – Editing Group – The District and the Association will establish an editing group to review the Agreement of February, 2003 relative to:
- Clear and understandable language
- Conversion of all content to 16 week semesters or equivalents as appropriate.
